In this step each described event is organised into frames where the individual logical variables have specific places. This frame makes it easier to provide a logical description of the event and to a certain extent enables its automatic programming. Such a language is PROLOG.
The connections between the frames make up nets where the large and usually occasional system of these connections is built. The human brain works the same way: it organises the observed elements of given situations and problems, as well as the generalisations of such elements and the deductions into actual nets.
